玉溪市65岁及以上人群肾功能异常流行现状及影响因素分析

Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Abnormal Renal Function among Individuals Aged 65 Years and#br# Above in Yuxi City

摘要: 目的:了解玉溪市65岁及以上人群肾功能异常的流行现状及其影响因素。方法:采用系统抽样法从云南省基本公共卫
生服务信息系统中选取10 280名65岁及以上老年人为研究对象,运用二分类Logistic回归模型分析老年人群肾功能异常的相
关影响因素。结果:玉溪市65岁及以上人群肾功能异常率为13.79%。二分类Logistic回归分析显示,高龄(75~84岁组OR=
3.031, 95%CI: 2.674~3.436,85岁及以上组OR=6.893, 95%CI: 5.531~8.590)、肥胖(OR=1.399, 95%CI: 1.062~1.841)、已戒烟(OR=
1.337, 95%CI: 1.037~1.725)、高血压(OR=1.790, 95%CI: 1.575~2.035)、糖尿病(OR=1.286, 95%CI: 1.101~1.503)、血脂异常(OR=
1.364, 95%CI: 1.199~1.551)、贫血(OR=2.595, 95%CI: 2.140~3.145)为肾功能异常的危险因素,而经常锻炼(OR=0.674, 95%CI:
0.584~0.777)为保护因素。结论:年龄、肥胖、运动习惯及多种慢性病均与老年人群肾功能异常相关。针对高危人群应加强肾
功能监测,通过养成良好生活习惯,维护肾小球滤过功能,降低肾功能异常发生风险。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of abnormal renal function among individuals aged 65
and above in Yuxi City. Methods: A systematic sampling method was adopted to select 10 280 elderly people aged 65 and above from
the Yunnan Provincial Basic Public Health Service Information Management System as the research subjects. The binary Logistic re⁃
gression model was used to analyze the related influencing factors of abnormal renal function in the elderly population. Results: The
prevalence of abnormal renal function among individuals aged 65 and above in Yuxi City was 13.79%. Binary Logistic regression analy⁃
sis showed that for the elderly ( the 75-84 years old group OR=3.031, 95%CI: 2.674-3.436, and the 85 years old and above group OR=
6.893, 95%CI: 5.531-8.590), obesity (OR=1.399, 95%CI: 1.062-1.841), former smoking (OR=1.337, 95%CI: 1.037-1.725), hyperten⁃
sion (OR=1.790, 95%CI: 1.575-2.035), diabetes (OR=1.286, 95%CI: 1.101-1.503), dyslipidemia (OR=1.364, 95%CI: 1.199-1.551),
anemia (OR=2.595, 95%CI: 2.140-3.145) were risk factors for abnormal renal function, while regular exercise (OR=0.674, 95%CI:
0.584-0.777) was a protective factor. Conclusion: Age, obesity, exercise habits and multiple chronic diseases are all associated with
abnormal renal function in the elderly population. Renal function monitoring should be strengthened for high-risk individuals. Adopt⁃
ing healthy lifestyle habits may help preserve glomerular filtration rate and reduce the risk of abnormal renal function.
